What we collect

When you complete the trial or discovery call form, email or phone us, we collect what you give us: your name, email address, phone number, the name and size of your building, your role, how it is managed, your preferred call times and anything you add. Please do not send financial records or identity documents through the forms.

How we use it

  • To prepare a proposal if you ask about full management.
  • To keep a record of our correspondence.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Our lawful basis

We use your information on the basis of our legitimate interests in answering enquiries about our software and services, and, once you ask us to set up a trial or a proposal, to take steps at your request before a contract.

Who we share it with

Only service providers who help us run the website and handle our email, including Microsoft (email) and our website hosting provider, and only as far as needed. Some providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on the safeguards required by UK data protection law.

The readiness check

The readiness check on this website runs entirely in your browser. Your answers are not stored or sent to us.

How long we keep it

If you do not go on to use our services, we keep enquiry details for two years from our last contact and then delete them.
